• Non-Local & Overseas Clearings – Due to the complexity of working beyond time-space paradigms, these quotes may take up to a week to finalize.

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• Once deposit is paid energetic work will begin.

• Once the energetic work has begun, no refunds will be given.

• The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the final clearing.

• Then, after this call place your phone on silent and ensure you are free from distractions.

• You’ll need to stay onsite throughout the session.

• The property should be empty, so no one else is around during the clearing.

• The process usually takes about 30–45 minutes.

After the Clearing:

I’ll give you a quick follow-up call to let you know the session is complete and answer any immediate questions!

If neither of us can be physically present, I work through astral projection to connect with your property beyond time and space.
