These seasonal shifts have been landing loud and clear.

The kind that move through your system and whisper (or shout): reset.

As we moved through the Autumn Equinox here in the Southern Hemisphere, I felt it like a full-body exhale—a clearing, a recalibration. My team’s been gently persistent: keep up with daily connections with my biospheric grids,  stay close to the land, stay present in the shift.

I’ve been listening.
And one simple practice has made all the difference:

Morning walks.

Before breakfast. Before overthinking. Before the day really begins.
Just me, the path, and the quiet intelligence of nature.

These walks have become sacred.
They help me feel myself again—connected to my body, my light, and the deeper hum of truth running through it all.

On the way out, I vent.
I talk to my team. I walk with whatever’s lingering—tension, emotion, resistance. Keeping it true, let it out as it is; no hiding; nature doesn’t judge!
I pause at a few key spots that hold strong energy for me, spaces that, over the years, I have attuned with and activated a familiar sense and personality within.

These spaces are generally trees: my fern Elouise, which is very grandmotherly, a Ngaio tree, where I sit to ground in with Gaia, and my masculine Totara tree coming through of late as my connection with my structural form.

I let light move through my system and release whatever’s not mine. It’s like a moving meditation-meets-energy-check-in.

On the way home, something shifts.
It always does.

There’s a stillness. A sense of being changed—not because I tried, but because I showed up.
The same track underfoot, but I’m not the same.
Something’s been rearranged, realigned, and restored. On my way home, I know that my mindset has shifted; what I thought before is not my truth now.

That’s the beauty of intermittent energy field activation (biosphere grids/life lights) while walking.

Now and then, awareness moments stop you, and you can tune in with your energy fields, feel the connections and flow, interact with curiosity, breathe flow awareness acceptance, and release. The release is the walking…

Not about doing it right.
Not about fixing anything.
Just showing up
—with presence, with breath, with curiosity.

Most days, I write as though you already know how to work with your energy fields—how to feel, move, and align with them.

If you’re wondering?

Energy fields refer to the personal, energetic space surrounding and within an individual—their unique energetic signature, their aura. These fields reflect the person's current physical, emotional, and mental state.

As I connect with someone's energy, I tune into their personal energy field, which helps me understand their present condition and guide them through healing and self-development.

I also talk about Biospheric grids, they are cosmically linked energetic frameworks that extend beyond an individual’s personal field. These grids are vast, holographic structures that I can spin, realign, and rebalance in connection with a person’s energy field.

The biospheric grids are part of the greater cosmic flow, and when I work with them, they create balance by aligning both the individual’s physical body and the larger cosmic network they’re connected to.

As you may have seen in my YouTube videos from the Autumn Equinox series, I guide you in activating the biospheric grids to heal and release energy from the body—beginning of the equinox and post-equinox energy.

The process involves spinning and realigning the grids to create harmony between the person’s energy and the broader universal energies they’re linked with.

Together, this work helps clear blockages, release stagnant energy, and bring clarity and alignment—not only within the person’s energy but also in the cosmic connection they share with the universe.

This is where energy meets embodiment

Through our sessions, I guide people to recognize their own energetic architecture—how light, breath, frequency, and physical structure are all part of one living system.

When your body-mind flows in alignment with your grids and the universal field? That’s when transformation happens. Not through force—but through alignment.

So while I speak casually about daily recalibration and walking the grids, please know: this isn’t surface work. It’s deep. It’s sacred. And it’s one of the most powerful ways I support others in remembering who they really are.

Try This Exercise: Coming Back to Body

If you’ve been feeling a little off—like you’re not quite here, or caught between versions of yourself—this practice is for you.

Use it anytime you notice:

  • You’re mirroring someone else’s energy

  • You’re spiraling in an old story

  • You’re stuck in thoughts that don’t even feel like yours

Step 1: Pause + Notice

Gently stop what you’re doing.
Close your eyes, if it feels safe to do so.
Ask yourself:

  • Where is my attention right now?

  • Am I grounded—or hovering just above the moment?

  • Where is my breath? Is it deep in my belly or tight in my chest, shoulders, or jaw?

  • What am I feeling—and where is it sitting in my body?

No judgment. Just observe.

Step 2: Move Energy

Shake it out—literally.
Roll your shoulders, sway your hips, stomp your feet, move your jaw.
Let the body guide you.
Movement helps reset your energetic field.

Step 3: Tune Into Nature

Step outside if you can.
Listen to birdsong, the rustle of trees, or the hum of insects.
Even the smallest sounds can remind you:

🌿 You’re not alone.
You’re held.
You’re part of something much bigger.

Step 4: Breathe + Return

Take a few deep, slow breaths.
Let your breath move through your whole system.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Feel the Earth meeting you.
Let your exhale carry out anything that’s ready to go.

Step 5: Reflect

As you return to your day, ask:

  • What feels different now?

  • What has softened or shifted?

  • What clarity came through?

Because something always shifts when you come back to your body.
